DAY TO DAY ITINERARY FOR USA WEST COAST TOUR

Day 1:: Los Angeles

Arrive at Los Angeles International Airport. Meet and greet. Transfer to a hotel in West Hollywood. Welcome drinks and dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Los Angeles

Breakfast at the hotel. A full day of city sightseeing including Downtown, Griffith Park Observatory, Disney Concert Hall, Little Tokyo, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Farmers Market, and Santa Monica Beach. Evening free time to explore local nightlife.

Day 3: San Simeon

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure to Santa Barbara for a short walking tour of State Street and the courthouse. Lunch break. Next drive along Highway 1 to Hearst Castle and tour of this famous mansion. Then drive to San Simeon and check into the hotel.

Day 4: San Francisco

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning continue up Highway 1 for a photo stop at Big Sur, then on to Carmel for a short walking tour and lunch. Then drive to Monterey for yet another short walking tour and then drive to San Jose for a dinner break. Continue to San Francisco for a late check in to the hotel.

Day 5: San Francisco

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free time for relaxing. Afternoon city sightseeing including cable car, Chinatown, North Beach, and Lombard Street. Evening free time to explore the nightlife.

Day 6: San Francisco

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour of city highlights including Civic Center, Castro, Twin Peaks, Haight Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headland, Palace of Fine Art, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Embarcadero, Treasure Island and a cruise on the Bay. Evening free to explore the nightlife.

Day 7: Fresno

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for drive to Yosemite National Park, with comfort and meal breaks in San Joaquin Valley and Mariposa. Afternoon tour of the National Park followed by a dinner break in the park. Continue to Fresno for late arrival.

Day 8: Death Valley

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for drive to Death Valley, with break-in Bakersfield en route. Mid-afternoon arrival in Death Valley National Park with a tour to Salt Flat, Furnace Creek, Golden Canyon, and Bad Water. Check into hotel for overnight

Day 9: Las Vegas

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for Hoover Dam with a lunch break in Boulder City. Early afternoon tour to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Continue on to Las Vegas and check into the hotel. Optional evening tour or free time to explore the nightlife.

Day 10: Las Vegas

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for a full-day tour to Grand Canyon West in the Hualapai Indian Reservation and experience the famous Skywalk looking far down into the canyon. Optional helicopter tour into the canyon. Return to Las Vegas in the late afternoon for free time to discover more of the nightlife of the ‘strip’.

Day 11: Palm Springs

Breakfast at the hotel. Late morning departure for drive to Palm Springs with a comfort break in Barstow. Check into the hotel. Afternoon serial tram tour of this famous gay resort town.

Day 12: Palm Springs

Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day tour of the town, otherwise free time to relax, enjoy the ambiance, and explore.

Day 13: San Diego

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for drive to San Diego. Then city tour including La Jolla, Hillcrest District, Old Town, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District Del Coronado, and Seaport Village. Check into the hotel. Evening free for exploring the nightlife.

Day 14: Los Angeles

Breakfast at the hotel. Late morning departure for Los Angeles, with a break at Laguna Beach. Check into the hotel. Afternoon optional visit to a Hollywood Studio. In the evening, farewell drinks and dinner at a local restaurant.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until transfer to Los Angeles International Airport for departure.
